So, most of you know that I have just recently been taken on as the NY Family Events Examiner at Examiner.com. I have been familiarizing myself with the publishing tools as I publish, which isn't always advised. The more prudent way would have been to pour through the many pages of information I would need to know in order to publish, in advance of actually publishing my articles. Yeah, well, this single mama ain't got that kind of time. So, because I am learning as I go, it took me THREE FREAKIN' HOURS TO PUBLISH AN ARTICLE THAT SHOULD'VE TAKEN ME TEN MINUTES. AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!
The last two of the 14 times I had to start over because the blessed picture just wouldn't resize, I almost gave up. I could actually hear the voice in my head saying those words, "Oh dammit, I give UP!" Thing is, I am hell-bent on earning a real living as a Freelance Writer, and nothing, I mean NOTHING, not even me, will get in the way this time. It's the benefit of being a Taurus; sometimes I am stubborn as hell. Thank GOD.
So, with all that said (lol), here, finally, is today's link. Blood, sweat and tears were poured over this brief little article. But I learned that I am not going to give up on my writing anymore. Not ever again.
